ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

SHIPPING COST
Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders $60 and above. For orders under $60, shipping costs may vary between products and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be available.

All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. Griplux does not have control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements.

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
Once shipped, orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event of a lost package, please contact the courier to open an investigation. Griplux may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@griplux.com for address adjustments before shipping. If the order has been processed and shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package from the provided address.
